Pass 3: Company Culture
What values and soft skills appear?
- "Fast-paced environment" → Show velocity, speed of delivery
- "Ownership mentality" → Show initiative beyond job description
- "Customer-focused" → Show user impact metrics

Now match your existing experience to their requirements. Create a simple mapping:

Each bullet point should follow this structure:

The Formula
Every bullet should answer three questions:
- What did you build? (the feature, the system, the tool)
- What technology did you use? (exact keywords from the JD)
- What was the impact? (number, percentage, dollar amount)
If your bullet doesn't answer all three, rewrite it.
Step 4: Match the Skills Section
Your skills section should mirror the job description's language exactly:
JD says: Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS, Docker
Your skills section:
- Languages: Java, Python, SQL
- Frameworks: Spring Boot, gRPC
- Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis
- Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS)
- Tools: Docker, Git, Jenkins
Don't add technologies you haven't used. Don't skip technologies you have used that match the JD.
