2. Description of Services
ResumeSkool provides an AI-powered platform that includes the following services:
ATS Score Checker: Analyze your resume against 23 industry-standard criteria to estimate how it performs against Applicant Tracking Systems.Job Match & Tailor: Tailor your resume to a specific job description using AI, generating optimized PDF and DOCX outputs.Expert Review: Get personalized feedback on your resume from human experts.Interview Preparation: Access DSA roadmaps, system design resources, and mock interviews.We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the service without prior notice.3. User Accounts
Certain features of our service may necessitate the creation of an account. You commit to providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to updating such information as needed. Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, you are accountable for all activities occurring under your account.
4. Credits and Plans
Free Tier: New users receive one (1) complimentary ATS score check. No credit card is required.
Paid Plans: Paid plans are sold as credit packs. Each credit allows one ATS score check and one resume tailoring session. Credits do not expire within the plan validity period.Plan Validity: Plans have a fixed validity period (e.g., 30 or 90 days) from the date of purchase. Unused credits expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be carried forward.Credit Add-Ons: If you purchase a new plan while an existing plan is active, the additional credits are added to your account and the validity is extended by the remaining days of your current plan plus the new plan's duration.No Automatic Renewals: Plans do not renew automatically. You must manually purchase a new plan when your current plan expires or credits are exhausted.5. Privacy Policy

6. Intellectual Property
The content, design, and functionality of ResumeSkool are safeguarded by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Without prior written consent from ResumeSkool, reproduction, distribution, display, or creation of derivative works is prohibited.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of the resume content and data you upload to ResumeSkool. By using our services, you grant ResumeSkool a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We will not sell, share, or use your resume data for purposes other than delivering the services you requested.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of the content you provide.8. Refunds and Cancellations
General Policy: All payments are non-refundable once a service has been delivered (i.e., once a credit has been consumed or an expert review has been submitted).
Unused Credits: If you have purchased a plan but have not consumed any credits, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting [email protected].Failed Payments: If a payment fails or is reversed, no credits will be allocated. If credits were allocated due to a payment failure, we reserve the right to revoke them.Expert Review: Refunds for expert review submissions are not available once the review has been initiated by our team.9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ResumeSkool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of our services.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through arbitration following the rules of India, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
11. Changes to Terms
ResumeSkool reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of our services after such changes will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified terms.
